Buy Realty Income Stock or Sell O Stock for NEOS Real Estate High Income ETF?
In this YouTube video, I saw a trend that people were selling Realty Income ( O stock ) for the IYRI ETF due to the passive income distribution and dividend growth history of realty income. Also, IYRI ETF is a high income ETF and if you love high yield dividend investing, this is an ETF that I am attracted to and will be buying to create the dividend snowball effect. Many people love this dividend etf or options income ETF over the YieldMax ETFs ( MSTY ETF NVDY ETF CONY ETF ULTY ETF ) and many others. As a dividend investor, I always reinvest dividends especially for my M1 Finance dividend portfolio. What suprises me is that IYRI ETF has ADC stock, Prologis stock, AGNC Stock, STWD stock or Starwood Properties, VICI Properties and many other Real Estate Investment Trusts ( REITs ) inside of them
