Vesta REIT (VTMX) is a small cap industrial REIT that operates in Mexico. It is similar to Prologis (PLD), but enjoys better growth prospects and trades at a much lower valuation.
RioCan (REI.UN; RIOCF) is a Canadian REIT that invests mostly in retail properties in Toronto. It owns better properties than most of its US peers like Federal Realty (FRT), but it still trades at a lower valuation.
